What verification means

A verified badge means Alltasko approved the identity documents submitted through its current review process. Unless a profile expressly says otherwise, Alltasko has not performed a criminal-background check or continuously monitored licenses, insurance, complaints or court records. Verification is not a guarantee that a person is licensed, insured, qualified for every service, free from prior complaints, or certain to perform safely.

Before hiring

For higher-risk work—such as electrical, structural, gas, roofing, HVAC or major plumbing—confirm local permit and licensing requirements before work begins. Georgia consumers can verify many professional licenses through the Secretary of State.

• Check the public profile and recent reviews.
• Ask for proof of any license, insurance, bond or permit required for the job.
• Verify credentials directly with the issuing authority.
• Get the scope, price, materials, dates, warranty and changes in writing.
• Do not share passwords, one-time codes, bank credentials or unnecessary identity documents.

During the job

Keep changes and important decisions in Alltasko chat. Do not allow work that appears unsafe or materially different from the agreed scope. Secure valuables, supervise access where appropriate, and never send money because of threats or pressure.

Report a concern

Report suspected fraud, harassment, discrimination, unsafe behavior, false credentials, account misuse or a serious service dispute to notifications@alltasko.com. Include the job number and relevant messages or photos.

Platform action

Alltasko may review records, request information, remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, revoke verification or cooperate with lawful authorities. Platform action does not replace police, regulators, insurers, licensing boards, courts or professional advice.
